Charles Eldredge - Broker
Charles Eldredge started his career after college in homebuilding in 1995 when he started Specialty Group Inc. and since then has included commercial contracting, real estate brokerage, land development and commercial appraisal valuation to the company resume over the years. Completed projects include medical facilities, assisted living, land development, professional office, multi-family and single family residential. Charles has a bachelor’s degree in management, a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Idaho Real-Estate Brokers license, Contractors license and pending Certified General Appraisal license. Charles was raised in Idaho and enjoys spending time with his family including 6 children and currently 3 grandchildren.
Shel Eldredge
I started working in the real estate industry in 2013 after 19yrs as a stay at home mom. Being married to a contractor, developer, and real estate agent/broker has given me almost 3 decades of invaluable experience. I have been involved in everything from new builds to remodels. I love people, building lifelong friendships, and helping others find "that perfect place to call home" I am the mother of 6 amazing children and a grandma to 2 with 2 on the way. I enjoy gardening, reading, crafting, and serving where I am needed.
Scot Halladay
Mr. Halladay graduated from Brigham Young University in 1997 with a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Accounting. His professional career began after graduation from college in Spokane Washington with an international accounting firm. In 2001 he moved back to Boise to be closer to family. Mr. Halladay has successfully run several businesses over the past few years. Mr. Halladay enjoys spending time with his family – Jenniffer his wife and 5 kids, from watching violin recitals to soccer and basketball games.
Carlie Eldredge
Ms. Eldredge was born and raised here in the Treasure Valley and currently resides in Kuna with her partner, darling 3 yr. old daughter, two border collies, and 4 horses. Being raised by two parents in real estate she has been around the scene for the majority of her upbringing but finally took the step to become a licensed agent in the beginning of 2023 and continues to learn from some of the best in the industry. Carlie has a passion for agriculture having worked as a ranch manager for 5 years prior to the career switch to real estate and continues to love the "Western" way of life and all it has to offer. She enjoys spending her time in the mountains with her family, fishing, riding, and camping and enjoying the amazing places Idaho has to offer.
