Established in 1994, Specialty Homes, Inc has grown from a one man show to a partnership of three gentlemen with over 40 years of experience. Each partner brings their expertise in different areas to make the project a success from the beginning all the way to the end. In 2004, we reorganized our company and changed our name. We changed our construction company to Specialty Contracting, LLC RCE -3505 and our real estate company to Specialty Group, Inc to better serve you as our client.

Our Construction Superintendent has spent over 35 years in the construction business. He is a registered Master Plumber and is meticulous when it comes to having the project built right. You can often find him out on the sites making sure your dream comes true.

 

 

Charles Eldredge

Is our licensed Broker and Specializes in the acquisition of properties for our developments and future commercial projects. Charles began Specialty Homes, Inc to provide a better quality custom home and to provide individuals an opportunity to design their dream home or office.

Our most recent partner specializes in the real estate side of things. Whether he is out helping clients find their new home, selling there existing home or finding them a lot to build their dream home or business on, we guarantee he is working for you. When you are ready to build he will meet with you to pick out the interior finish work, colors of your home, and set up a time to begin the design of your project with our draftsmen.
